Congenital diverticular are rare and caused from weakening of the bladder mucosa with the entire wall of the diverticulum. Giant vesical diverticulum are uncommon and total of 13 cases reported. The gold standard of treatment this bladder diverticulum is with extravesical diverticulectomy approach.
