Mandibulofacial dysostosis with microcephaly, Guion-Almeida type (MFDGA) is a rare multiple congenital anomalies syndrome characterized by malar and mandibular hypoplasia, microcephaly, ear malformations with associated conductive hearing loss, esophageal atresia, cleft palate and distinctive facial dysmorphism.
