1. Abstract This paper presents wearable sensors for medical application and medical systems. The sensors and antennas were developed and measured in vicinity of the human body. The electrical characteristics of human body tissues were considered in the design. Healthcare and wearable industry have been in continuous growth in the last decade.

1. Abstract 1.1. Background: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is characterized by diverse neurological symptoms, including urination and bladder control complications. Pediatric Onset of Multiple Sclerosis (POMS) is rarer in children but more common in adults. Despite its prevalence, supplementary symptoms like anorectal dysfunction are crucial to recognize for accurate diagnosis.

1. Abstract We present the case of a patient who came to our Nuclear Medicine department for a 18F-FDG PET-CT scan after recent diagnosis of coroidal melanoma. Incidentally, we detected a mesenteric lesion that did not show FDG avidity but was highly suspicious for a second neoplasm.

1. Summary Pyomyositis is an acute bacterial infection of soft tissue and results in intramuscular localized abscess formation. Anabolic steroid injections are frequently used by athletes in recent years despite their well-documented adverse effects. Pyomyositis is one of their infrequently reported side effects.

1. Case Report Dual Left Circumflex arteries (LCx) represent a very rare congenital anomaly with only few reported cases in literature. Herein, we present a case of dual LCx arteries originating from the left main and right coronary arteries, respectively.

1. Abstract We report here two cases of older women, 84 and 97 years old, who were admitted to our department for conservative treatment after a fall. Both women developed delirium in the course of the inpatient stay. After administration of 50mg Daridorexant, deliri- um was completely dissolved the next morning. Delirium did not recur even after discontinuation of medication. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the efficacy of Daridorexant in the treatment of delirium. As part of an ongoing study in our department, these observations will be further objectified.

1. Abstract Proteasome maturation protein (POMP), encoded by POMP, is a protein that functions as a chaperone for proteosome maturation. Pathogenic variants in POMP, are associated with the Proteasome- Associated-Autoinflammatory Syndrome (PRAAS), Keratosis linearis with ichthyosis congenita and sclerosing keratoderma (KLICK) syndrome, POMP-related autoinflammation and immune dysregulation disease (PRAID), and chronic atypical neutrophilic dermatosis with lipodystrophy and elevated temperature (CANDLE).

1. Abstract 1.1. Purpose: Surgery is necessary for the treatment of an anal fistula. However, excision of some sphincter muscle would compromise sphincter integrity or function, which is the cause of a reduced success rate in the long term. In order to develop an appropriate surgical plan, a mathematical model that describes the relationship between the internal pressure of the anal canal and the structure of anal sphincters was established in this study.
