1. Abstract Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) has become one of the major pharmaceutical excipients in high demand in the world today. The constant use of wood to produce microcrystalline cellulose may lead to the danger of deforestation.

1. Summary Pyomyositis is an acute bacterial infection of soft tissue and results in intramuscular localized abscess formation. Anabolic steroid injections are frequently used by athletes in recent years despite their well-documented adverse effects. Pyomyositis is one of their infrequently reported side effects.

1. Case Report Dual Left Circumflex arteries (LCx) represent a very rare congenital anomaly with only few reported cases in literature. Herein, we present a case of dual LCx arteries originating from the left main and right coronary arteries, respectively.

1. Abstract We report here two cases of older women, 84 and 97 years old, who were admitted to our department for conservative treatment after a fall. Both women developed delirium in the course of the inpatient stay. After administration of 50mg Daridorexant, deliri- um was completely dissolved the next morning. Delirium did not recur even after discontinuation of medication. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the efficacy of Daridorexant in the treatment of delirium. As part of an ongoing study in our department, these observations will be further objectified.

1. Conceptual Paper I have been using the Gober gas plant run by animal dung since 1995. During this period, I gained many positive experiences from it. It is a usual process that from the dung manure, gas comes out and goes into our environment. I was not aware of it that our environment is polluted by the production of gas secretion.

1. Abstract Proteasome maturation protein (POMP), encoded by POMP, is a protein that functions as a chaperone for proteosome maturation. Pathogenic variants in POMP, are associated with the Proteasome- Associated-Autoinflammatory Syndrome (PRAAS), Keratosis linearis with ichthyosis congenita and sclerosing keratoderma (KLICK) syndrome, POMP-related autoinflammation and immune dysregulation disease (PRAID), and chronic atypical neutrophilic dermatosis with lipodystrophy and elevated temperature (CANDLE).
