Case Series A 36-year-old male with a past medical history of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and type 2 diabetes was transferred to the Upstate Medical University Hospital for continuation of chemotherapy. The patient initially presented to a local hospital with epistaxis and was originally treated for immune thrombocytopenic purpura with intravenous immunoglobulins and steroids.
