1. Abstract 1.1. Objective: Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) during pregnancy is a rare but serious complication associated with significant maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Due to a limited number of published cases, development of guidelines for the management of aSAH in pregnant women has proven difficult and treatment remains a challenging and multidisciplinary task. In the present article, we present a case from our own department and review the available literature on patients with aSAH during pregnancy.
