Bilateral Ovarian Thecoma in a Postmenopausal Woman with Rapidly Progressed Severe Hyperandrogenism
Sex cord-stromal neoplasms of the ovary are an infrequent cause of androgen excess and virilization in women. We report a case of a 60 years old woman with rapidly progressive signs of virilization and indeterminate pelvic masses at computed tomography imaging.
