Sars CoV-2 infection has been associated with a hypercoagulabil ity leading to increased incidence of thromboembolism. However, it is exceedingly rare to see presence of both venous and arterial thromboembolism simultaneously. Herein, we report an unusual presentation of a 69-year-old male with COVID -19 who initially had acute inferior myocardial infarction secondary to thrombotic occlusion of right coronary artery followed by bilateral pulmonary embolism. Healthcare providers need to be aware of this unusual but potential coexistence of two life-threatening events in order to avoid fatal consequences.

1.1. Rationale: The epithelioid trophoblastic tumour (ETT) is a very rare type of gestational trophoblast neoplasm (GTN), ac counting for 0.5%-2.0% of all GTNs. With their unusual ability to simulate an invasive epithelioid neoplasm, ETTs frequently pose a diagnostic challenge, especially when they involve the uterine cervix. ETTsare caused by the malignant transformation of inter mediate trophoblasts, so they are not sensitive to chemotherapy. Surgery is the primary treatment.
