Splenic artery aneurysm (SAA) is uncommon disease. Reported SAAs are increased because of advanced radiological diagnostic
modalities. The aim of this study is to analyze of clinical findings of SAAs and to evaluate of endovascular therapies of SAAs.

Indwelling port catheters are nowadays the main etiology of benign superior vena cava (SVC) syndrome. SVC obstruction increases the venous blood pressure upstream, and subsequently into the arterio-venous sac malformations of the nasal cavity, leading to the high risk of recurrent epistaxis in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) patients. In the present case, percutaneous SVC recanalization made possible to deal successfully with epistaxis in a HHT patient presenting with complete occlusion of SVC related to central venous catheter secondary misplacement into the azygos venous arch.

“Osborne-Cotterill Lesion” leaves an impression in the capitellum following injury or dislocation of the elbow. The clinical importance of this lesion is not yet recognized. We suggest a simple algorithm to measure its importance clinically and offer surgical treatment with bone graft and plating to prevent engagement of the radial head in this lesion calling this process of engagement “Mooji effect”.
