1. Abstract 1.1. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of video-assisted thoracoscopic sympathectomy (VATS) on the quality of life of patients with palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis, specifically before and three months after surgery. Additionally, the effectiveness of the procedure in stressful conditions such as weddings was assessed.
