Introduction Primary Obturator Nerve pathologies are extremely rare; however, iatrogenic injury might be more common or under reported due to many pelvic lymphadenectomies performed in urology. Our objective is to describe this uncommon pathology laparoscopic resected and review the literature about reports of obturator nerve iatrogenic injury.
