1. Abstract China was very poor for more than a few decades after WWII and was hit by severe famines in the end of the 1950s and the early-60s. Its economy started to make remarkably rapid progress in the 1980s to become nearly equivalent to the other north-east- ern countries, Japan and South Korea, toward the end of the last century.

1. Abstract 1.1. Background: The treatment of wide-neck, large basilar apex aneurysm is challenging either endovascular or surgical. We present a novel concept for the treatment of complex basilar apex aneurysms using flow-diverter stents combined with flow-T stenting assisted coiling technique. 1. Abstract We investigated the possible case of a “bleeding host” found at the Franciscan Church of Schwarz, Tyrol, in 2016. Five years after initial discovery of the “bleeding host” by the Franciscan friars we discovered bacterial and fungal contamination of the host (wafer), but no solid proof of mammalian tissue was evidenced by histopathologymin 2021. Unfortunately, subsequent DNA-analysis failed due to limited material made available by the friars who put the remainder of the “bleeding host” into a monstrance placed in the tabernacle at the high altar of the church. In the very same part of the province Tyrol, Austria, in Fiecht, a similar case of a “bleeding Eucharistic Miracle” was already Catholic Church-approved in 1310 – and this one is still venerated by pilgrams coming from around the world.

The major common clinical presentation is the breast tumor-like mass, and preoperative diagnosis is typically challenging in most cases.

1. Abstract Postoperative agitation in adults is a common occurrence during the recovery period after anesthesia. It can lead to serious injuries for both the patients themselves and the medical care team. Unlike delirium, agitation is a self-limited clinical condition in which patients regain consciousness. However, the current literature on postoperative agitation in adults is relatively scarce compared to that in children, and it is limited to small-scale clinical studies that use inconsistent evaluation scales, definitions, and time points. As a result, the reported incidence rates vary widely.
