1. Abstract 1.1. Introduction Lunate fractures are considered rare to get fractured accounting for 0.5-1% of all carpal fractures. Usually they are accompanied with other wrist injuries rather than isolated. Usually patients will present late to seek medical advice and they will be complaining of limitation on in wrist motion and chronic pain. As a sequel if left untreated patient my develop avascular necrosis of the lunate.

1. Abstract A case of primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) was reported, in which a patient developed intracranial venous sinus thrombosis accompanied by subarachnoid hemorrhage during oral administration of 25 mg/d of Eltrombopag. The patient discontinued the use of Eltrombopag and received symptomatic treatment with active anticoagulation, resulting in significant improvement.

1. Abstract 1.1. Introduction “Osborne-Cotterill Lesion” leaves an impression in the capitellum following injury or dislocation of the elbow. The clinical importance of this lesion is not yet recognized. We suggest a simple algorithm to measure its importance clinically and offer surgical treatment with bone graft and plating to prevent engagement of the radial head in this lesion calling this process of engagement “Mooji effect”.
