1. Abstract
1.1. Purpose: To investigate the effects of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy (HFNC) combined with Acapella PEP treatment on pulmonary function, blood gas analysis, mMRC, and serum inflammatory factor levels in elderly community-acquired pneu- monia (CAP) patients and to assess the clinical therapeutic effect of this method.
