The Mooji Effect of “Osborne-Cotterill Lesion” New Approach to Concept
1. Abstract 1.1. Introduction “Osborne-Cotterill Lesion” leaves an impression in the capitellum following injury or dislocation of the elbow. The clinical importance of this lesion is not yet recognized. We suggest a simple algorithm to measure its importance clinically and offer surgical treatment with bone graft and plating to prevent engagement of the radial head in this lesion calling this process of engagement “Mooji effect”.
