1. Abstract 1.1. Objectives: The main electrophysiological manifestation of autoimmune paranodopathy with anti-contactin-associated protein 1 (Caspr1) positive reported previously was demyelination, with or without axonal involvement. Here, we reported a patient with anti-Caspr1 IgG1 positive who had severe axonal involvement accompanied less evidence of demyelination.
