Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the Nasal Fossa: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the nasal cavity is a rare malignan cy. It is a slowly progressive disease, characterized by local re currences and distant metastases and requires early and adequate management. We report a case of Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the nasal fossa and will discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic charac teristics in the highlight of a review of the literature

Transvaginal Cornual Pregnancy Reduction Reduces the Risk of Bleeding in Cornual Heterotopic Pregnancy with Severe Pelvic Adhesions: Case Reports and Literature Review

1.1. Objective: The objective of this research is to explore the individualized treatment of Cornual heterotopic pregnancy (CHP). 1.2. Methods: This paper describes the treatment and pregnancy outcome of both two patients with CHP. One of these patients un derwent transvaginal cornual pregnancy reduction, and the other underwent cornual pregnancy resection. This study reviewed all published cases of CHP.

Study On Clinical Features and Pathogenetic Factors Associated with Diabetic Foot Gangrene

Objective to explore the differences in clinical features, lesion loca tion, and pathomechanism between different types of diabetic foot gangrene and provide evidence-based evidence for the choice of clinical treatment options. Methods A cross-sectional survey study was conducted to collect 266 patients with incipient diabetic foot who were hospitalized in the vasculopathy Department of Shang hai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital, Shanghai University of Chinese medicine (Shanghai, China), be tween January 2018 and December 2018, and were divided into wet gangrene group (139 patients) and dry gangrene group (127 patients).
